CFA invites environmentalists, artists, nature lovers, Coffeehouse friends and the public to an environmental forum entitled DISCOVER THE JOYS OF BIRDWATCHING. To serve as resource persons in this first Coffeehouse event of 2008 are Mr. Mike Lu and Ms. Alice Villa-Real, President and Vice-President respectively of the Wild Bird Club of the Philippines, a conservation institute and environmental advocacy movement.

Discover The Joys of Birdwatching is aimed at raising awareness on the rich Philippine birdlife, concrete issues and threats surrounding this area of our country's rich natural biodiversity and the challenge to help protect our environment through preserving our birds.

The forum will be held on February 29, 2008, Friday, 1:00-5:00 in the afternoon at the CFA Auditorium, 4427 Old Sta. Mesa, Manila. Participation to the forum is free.
