n support of Pondo ng Pinoy's
objective to reach the consciousness of every Filipino, CFA has
launched the
Pondo ng
Pinoy Poster Design

Contest.
Carrying
the theme
Fullness
of Life in Pondo ng Pinoy, the contest is aimed at
tapping the potential of young people to visualize and publicize the
Pondo spirit of sharing. Through their boundless imagination, young
Filipinos may contribute greatly to the national campaign to promote
the Pondo program initiated by the Archdiocese of Manila.
The
Poster Design Contest is open to young people aged eighteen (18) years
and below, from anywhere in the country. It allows the use of any art
medium including computer-generated artwork with the exception of clip
art. The designs may incorporate original photos taken with
the permission of human subjects. They may also include text or copy
although this is not necessary. Prohibited designs include
three-dimensional types and those containing copyrighted characters,
mascots and symbols. A contestant is entitled to submit only one entry.
A
participating entry should have the following details: name of
contestant, address, date of birth, educational level, school or
parish, town and diocese as well as contact details (landline, mobile
number or email address). Entries may be submitted to

Schools, institutions and groups interested to
promote the cause among the youth may avail of posters containing
contest guidelines.
Deadline of submission is on
April 30, 2008. Prizes await the top three best
entries. All
entries submitted shall become the property of contest organizers. CFA
also reserves the right to print selected winning entries for national
distribution to further boost the Pondo ng Pinoy media campaign.
