he theme of CFA’s 18th
Catechetical Seminar-Workshop this year will be
“Teaching Styles in Catechesis”.
The five-day Congress will be

given in two batches: on April
13-18 and May 11-16, 2008. Congress objectives include the
identification of major factors that influence learning in catechesis
as well as the application of principles of learning styles in the
choice of teaching strategies.
Resource persons
for the Congress include Sr. Paz Bandalan, FMA, Mr. Albert Saldajeno,
Jr. and Fr. Stephen Cuyos, MSC. The yearly Congress, which
has always been a hands-on, dynamic learning process, will again be
laden with exercises, tests and experiments, lectures and discussions,
individual and group work and role plays. The overall content
is further classified into
Brain
Power, Learning Strategies in Catechesis and Learning Methodology.
